Do you struggle with Sciatica or debilitating nerve pain?
Are you suffering from bulging or herniated discs?
Are you on the path towards spinal fusion surgery?

If you're a New Zealand resident facing restrictive spine surgery, you may be a candidate for motion-preserving surgery in Germany.

What are the benefits?

As opposed to a spine fusion, patients who undergo Artificial Disc Replacement or Facet Joint Replacement enjoy an active lifestyle without physical limitation or fear of reccurring surgery. Many implants used by our German Spine Specialists are not yet available in New Zealand, and are designed to restore full functionality of a healthy spine. This is especially important for younger patients, and those who enjoy sports or outdoor activities.

6 Essential Criteria

The most comprehensive program for spine patients, anywhere.

1

Highly Experienced Surgeons

Artificial Disc replacement was pioneered in Germany some 40 years ago, and our Senior Neurosurgeons have performed thousands of motion-preserving surgeries over the last 15 years. They work together on complex cases and share the philosophy "A patient's next spine surgery should be their last spine surgery". They assist medical technology companies at the highest level to develop and improve motion-preserving implants.

2

Latest Motion-Preserving Implants

A restrictive spine fusion can often be avoided, and at other times is required. Our surgeons offer all types of motion-preserving and fusion techniques and can recommend the best surgery for you. Both 3rd Generation Artificial Disc Replacement (ADR) Implants replicate a natural spine disc, with controlled movement in 6 directions, including shock absorption, for safe multi-level use.

In cases where ADR is not suitable, both Facet Joint Replacement systems restore height and healthy movement, proven superior than restrictive fusion over long term studies.
